Facilities
Las Carolinas are a group of 30 apartments located near the Delta del Ebro, specially designed for families and groups of friends. All apartments have bright exterior rooms, individual air conditioning, a private kitchen and a dining room. There are apartments of different sizes, those with two bedrooms have one bathroom, while the apartments with three bedrooms have two. Please note that not all apartments are identical, you can consult the apartments section to read the detailed descriptions.
Living room
The living room is the central room of the apartment. It is divided into a dining area and another for rest with a sofa, an armchair, side tables and a television. From the living room you can access the terrace in those apartments that have it.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used. It has complete crockery (plates, glasses, cups and cutlery) and kitchenware such as pots, pans, saucepans. Guests can also use the stove, the dishwasher, the oven and the refrigerator, as well as the small available appliances (a mixer, a coffee maker and a microwave).
Bedrooms
All the bedrooms are furnished with two single beds that can be joined into a double one. In the rooms there is also a wardrobe and bedside tables. Las Carolinas also provides a set of sheets, blankets and towels per person that have been totally cleaned and sanitized.
Bathroom
The bathrooms are tiled and with a bathtub. In those apartments adapted for disabled people, the bathtub has been replaced by a shower without steps with grab bar. In these types of floors, the toilet has a handle.
Disabled
The third floor of Las Carolinas is designed thinking in people with limited mobility. Kitchens and corridors are designed to be used by people on a wheelchair. In each apartment one of the bathrooms is also adapted for wheelchair users. Click here to know more
The Building
The building is located in a quiet area and easily accessibke by car. It has five floors, free parking and a swimming pool for our customers. In addition, there is a solarium with private swimming pool for the apartments on the fourth floor.
